Learn to Boulder

1 session x 2 hours

This class is for you if:

  • You have never climbed before
  • You are very new to the sport
  • You want to learn the basics of bouldering in a relaxed, small group environment
  • You want to connect with other climbers who are also just getting started

  •  Proper warm up and stretching
  • Different hold types and how to hold them
  • Basic techniques and climbing terms
  • Proper falling
  • Climbing etiquette

Bouldering I

4 sessions x 2 hours

  • You find that your footwork needs more precision
  • You often find yourself off-balance while climbing
  • You often struggle to reach a far hold
