New opening hours: Wednesday to Sunday from 10AM to 8PM

3 time slots of 3 hours per day at 10AM, 1:30PM and 5PM

Due to the recent pandemic, we highly encourage everyone to do as much as they can online: register, reserve a slot and buy a pass. Temperature checks will be conducted upon entering and a no mask, no entry policy will be observed. Everyone must wash their hands with soap and water upon entering and exiting and observe 1.5m distance between each other. Lastly, if you are not feeling well, or if you have come in contact with a person who tested positive for COVID-19, please stay at home or visit the nearest hospital.

Before Your Visit

1. If it's your first time, register and sign the waiver and liability form. Next, watch the first timer orientation video.

2. Buy your pass online

We encourage everyone to buy their passes before their visit. Alternatively, passes can still be purchased at bhive at the beginning of your visit.

3. Reserve your slot

Each time slot is 3 hours. Your reservation will automatically be forfeited if you do not arrive within 45 minutes of the start of the time slot. Walk-ins will be allowed as long as there are available slots.

During Your Visit

1. Arrive on time

Your reservation will be held for you for 45 minutes. Should you arrive 45 minutes after the time slot begins, your reservation will automatically be forfeited.

2. Check-in at the counter

During check-in, we will take your temperature and check if you are already registered and have a valid pass.

3. Wash your hands before and after climbing

Wash your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds.

4. Observe house rules while inside

This includes:
- Observe physical distancing
- Use liquid chalk only
- Follow proper climbing etiquette
- Wear your mask at all times (except when drinking of course!)

5. Have fun! Tsek!

We've all gotten out of shape during the lockdown, so take it easy at first! 😉

After Your Visit

1. Inform us

If you test positive for COVID-19 any time after your visit or if you find out that you've been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please inform us immediately.
